Kourtney Kardashian has confirmed she is pregnant with baby number two to the widely loathed Scott Disick.
She is nine weeks pregnant. According to E! Online :
“it was just five weeks ago that she even took a pregnancy test. Which, of course, turned out positive, leading her to wake up Scott and tell him the good news—at the bright and early hour of 7 a.m.”
The child will undoubtedly be good looking if Mason Disick is anything to go by (taking after his mother). I am hoping for a girl, just saying Kourt.
Kourtney has recently started a Mummy vlog so this announcement is perfect timing.
This would not really come as a surprise to the Kardashian fans and people that watch the franchise of television shows which started with “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” and grew to include the E! spin-off series; “Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami,” “Kim and Kourtney Take New York,” and “Khloe and Lamar.”
Kourtney had referenced her desire to have another child in these series, and notably had a disagreement with her mother Kris Jenner and sister Kim Kardashian regarding this given she was not married to Scott Disick.
I am wholeheartedly Team Kris and Kim on this one, why would you want to bring another child into the world with a man that you are not willing to marry? I understand that not all people are supportive of the institution of marriage, but when you start a family with a person you are going to have a connection to that person in your life for the life of that child. My view is if you are down for pro-creating with a person, why wouldn’t you want to marry them? I like the tradition of having married parents and sharing the last name.
Granted life doesn’t always pan out the way we want it to, but when you are Kourtney Kardashian and you:
- have the pick of all the men in the world;
- have been subjected to violence from your baby daddy in the presence of your child;
- have seen the man shove money down a waiter’s throat because he’s arrogant as hell;
- are with a closet alcoholic;
- are constantly battling with your family over the man;
you have to reflect on whether you have the right partner in your life first and foremost and you certainly shouldn’t be looking to have more children with them if they aren’t a shining example of a great man.
I’m keeping it real, you take the dude’s last name Disick and you take out the ‘s’ and the ‘i’ and you’ve got the kind of guy he is…I’m just saying…
